myNoark Energy Management System (Australia)
Effective Date: 01.02.2024
Welcome to myNoark Energy Management System (referred to as "myNoark EMS"). Developed as a pivotal component of Noark's renewable energy solutions, our system offers users a comprehensive suite of information management services accessible through its website www.mynoak.au. These services encompass the collection, management, and presentation of data related to photovoltaic equipment, power stations, and personal or business information.
1. Usage Guidelines
Utilize myNoark EMS to manage and monitor your connected photovoltaic and energy storage devices. Upon self-registration, users will receive an account and password, which must be kept confidential to prevent unauthorized access. Account cancellation requests can be directed to the myNoark EMS administrator or through the service hotline. Upon logging in, users can create sub-accounts and configure initial passwords. Users must obtain explicit consent from the corresponding solar storage device owner before accessing the device. Failure to secure consent may result in the user compensating Noark for any resulting losses.
To ensure the optimal operation of your equipment, Noark is authorized to perform the following actions:
Equipment fault handling, including log export, device upgrades, parameter modifications, alarm clearing, device management, and modification of device names.
Power plant fault handling, covering data repair, supplementary procurement, new power plant construction, and modification of power plant information.
Cloud account processing, including account and password reset operations, account activation, and API-related requests.
